Andrea has been a lifesaver for me in a very turbulent point in my life, My employer required me to establish a presence in Florida, and I had to pick up my family and get them a nice place to stay in short order, This was a difficult time for me in my personal life, and buying a home was another stress that Andrea helped relieve in short order.
We found a beautiful place and while I was remote in New Jersey for much of the time, Andrea was able to secure things so the transaction went smoothly and well in my favor. She also toured my father when he was thinking of buying a place near Jupiter, FL.
Afterwards, 2 year later, I had further issues wherein my employment changed and I needed to sell this property that I had just secured. Andrea came to bat for me again, finding a buyer quickly and without me needing to go back and forth into Florida for maintenance or monitoring of things.
I made a pretty penny off of this ownership time period, thanks to Andrea’s smarts. I am really happy with Andrea and anyone would be lucky to have her· on their side.
