We are under contract to purchase a house in West Palm Beach with the dedicated assistance of Jeff Lichtenstein. By chance we chose to call him after seeing his listings in the Palm Beach Post. My wife Andrea and I, have been buying and selling residential, vacation, and investment properties in four different states, over the past 35 years.
