Thank you so much for introducing Sally Stepnes to us. As you can expect, being a first time home buyer in Florida was quite an undertaking. Our experience started when you immediately answered an email we sent to the Illustrated Properties’ website inquiring about properties in southern Florida. We had just hit the send button and you were calling us on the phone offering your knowledge about different communities. You followed up our conversation with an introduction to Sally Stepnes who you said was a resident in Ibis and very knowledgeable about real estate in the West Palm Beach area.
From the moment my wife, Kathy, and I met Sally we could tell that she was very professional and we felt very comfortable dealing with her. By this time, we had narrowed our search down to only homes in Ibis which made Sally even more perfect to represent us in our search for a home. She worked extremely hard the following 5 days to make sure that we found just what we were looking for. We loved working with Sally because we found her knowledge and sincerity complimented her dedication to her job. Even after we asked her to bring us back to the same two houses for the third time, Sally was still smiling and happy to accommodate our request.
We feel very lucky to have met and worked with Sally. With her help and guidance, we purchased a home in August that we simply love. Sally has also been a tremendous resource for us introducing us to people and companies in the area that we have used for other services around the house. Whenever we need something, we turn to Sally who is always there for us. It could not have worked out better. We purchased a great home, worked with a true professional and found a new friend.
