Dear Jeff,

This is Gloria Shih writing to you with my husband Shawn to put great words in for Mr. Will Dean. He deserves to be commended for his professionalism, dedication to his job, and devotion to his clients. You should be proud of him as part of your team.

We knew him since March 2018 when he first became our rental agent. We could not have survived the past two years and 7 months as out-of-town-landlords without his help.

Particularly what Will has gone through with our last tenant and his crazy female companion that no one even knew she was there until the very end of the lease. We held our breath for a few weeks until Mr. Dean successfully got our home back to us, so we could close the sale. We are very grateful he was able to perform this challenging task.

We never met him until November 20th 2020, however we felt we had known him so well for a long time. We spent countless hours talking / emailing / texting for tenants’ needs. We consider us truly lucky and could not be any happier to have him helping us.

He is always extremely efficient for taking care of everything and promptly responded to us anytime we contacted him. He took care of all the communication with tenants, getting us everyone or everything we needed to meet the tenant’s request, to calm us down when we stressed out as urgent issues occurred …list goes on.

He has such a wealth of knowledge and a great network of professional people, whenever we need them, such as : plumber, AC guys, landscaper, pool management, roofer, handyman, painter, flooring company, insurance…etc. Whatever we needed; Mr. Dean had, still has, the answers.

We appreciated him the most because he talks to us like friends. He took time to explain information and knowledge to us, so we understood the issues and made the right decisions. We are also very happy with what he has helped us in the past 3 weeks as we are searching for a new home in Florida.

He again spent time to really get to know what we are looking for. That includes : our financial situation, a home built by CBS / concrete, gated community, there is a MBR on the ground floor, private pool, close to ocean…he knows exactly what we want by heart and updates us at least daily and very often a few times a day. Of course, whenever a new listing comes up, he will let us know ASAP.

He introduced many great communities to us that we have never heard of, before we set up the searching parameters, he knows pros and cons of every community and advised us.

He was glad when we got two offers accepted recently and encouraged us not to give up when those two homes unfortunately are not available to us at this point of time for various reasons beyond our controls.

We cannot say enough about Will, he is awesome. We are sure that he will guide us to our new home in Palm Beaches areas soon!
