I recently purchased a new vacation home with the help of Andrew Levy from Echo Fine Properties and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. To set the context, I began my search for a vacation home back in 2021 and was referred to Andrew by a family member. Initially I was set on a townhome in a specific gated community but due to prices increases and lack of inventory I decided to change course and opt for a single family home instead. Andrew went above and beyond to ensure we were concentrating on homes that aligned with my extensive wishlist. Throughout the entire course of my search I never felt pressure or frustration only support and reassurance that we would locate the perfect home. Once we did find that perfect home (roughly 2 years later) it wasn’t the easiest deal to close based on a few different reasons. That said, Andrew persevered and worked to make sure all went as planned. He lined up inspections, helped me to secure homeowners insurance and even identified vendors to help me begin to renovate. Andrew has become a trusted, lifelong friend who I cannot thank enough for helping me achieve my dream of owning a vacation home in south Florida.
