Andrea and her team were consummate professionals during the process. They arranged for a wonderful set of photos which presented our unit in the most favorable way, and featured the unit several times in their electronic communications. In addition, they prepared an artful brochure which was available in the unit so that buyers could remember what they saw. Andrea deployed all of the latest technologies not only in selling the unit, but in facil­itating the contract signing and condo requirements using high end software with state of the art digital signatures so that we did not need to ship documents back and forth. Any corrections in the contract requested by either side in the transaction were handled expeditiously in a process that was facilitated by the easy to use software. In sum, Andrea and her team did all of the work: they identified a suitable title insurer and an home inspector who was acceptable to the buyer, and also interfaced nicely with the condo association. Andrea helped us to sell our unit in a timely fashion for a fair price and we recommend her enthusiastically.
