Being first time home buyers, we were completely new to the process and could not have found a better realtor than Charlie Gale. Start to finish Charlie exceeded our expectations. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly willing to work closely with us to help us in making informed decisions and to overcome any challenges as they came up. Charlie took the time to answer texts/calls/emails promptly and thoroughly answered our questions. More important than his expertise is the manner in which Charlie treats his clients with warmth and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make this a positive experience for us, including driving a considerably long distance out of his way to be at a meeting (which due to the pandemic, he was not required to attend) just so he could get us house keys sooner than planned so that he could be available to answer any final questions, and to simply help us commemorate the moment of officially becoming first-time home owners. We will absolutely be referring our family and friends to Charlie and are so grateful for all his hard work on our behalf. Highly recommend!
