My husband Craig and I sold our home in the PGA in May 2004. We were very fortunate to have Jeff Lichtenstein as our broker for this transaction. During 2003 Jeff sent us literature and invited us to receive an email report of properties for sale in the PGA. He then followed up with a phone call and we were able to establish a long distance rapport, as we live in Manhattan. Upon deciding to sell our home and move to Naples, our first thought was to call Jeff. We met him during our visit to Florida at Christmas and our home was listed during the first week of January. Of February 11, 2004 we had a signed sales contract.

During this entire transaction, Jeff conducted himself with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. He always made himself available for phone calls, and followed up on all our questions. Moreover, he was invaluable in establishing the proper timing and logistics of our move to Naples.
