Sylvia is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever met (and this is my 5th time buying a house). We had originally intended to use an agent provided by our employer, but upon meeting Sylvia at an open house, we knew that she would provide the best guidance and help finding a home. Sylvia was super patient with us, knew a ton about the area, and really helped us weigh the pros and cons of all of the possible neighborhoods we were deciding between. She ended up recommending we build to get into the neighborhood that best fit our needs (despite the fact that this would mean a delay to her commission). In each encounter, phone call with questions, and visit to the houses I always felt (and still do to this day) that Sylvia would help us find our way without any thought to what was in it for her. I truly believe she wants the best fit for each of her clients, unlike many other real estate agents I have known. She is a gem and I recommend her without reservation. I am so grateful we entered her open house that day and were as a result blessed to have her guidance through this super important process.
