Sylvia is very patient, professional and a delight to work with. We worked with Sylvia on the buy-side, and she showed us many properties as we were trying to figure out what we were looking for (in terms of location, size, price, etc.). Once we honed in on that, she quickly found us the perfect fit. She was wonderful in negotiations and got us much better than expected price and terms. She thought of every detail through the closing process so there were no surprises and everything went smoothly. I would imagine Sylvia is equally proficient on the sell-side, because I noticed how well she pointed out the special features of the houses she showed us that were her listings. She was very helpful and never wasted our time. She also is very well connected and has insight and access to homes that are coming soon or available but not officially listed. She is hard-working and always well-prepared. It was great working with Sylvia and we will be using her again when we are ready to upgrade!
