I wanted to reach out on behalf of myself and my parents, Bruce and Jennie Crooks, to sing the praises of your agent and ‘pod’ member, Juli McGriff!
We all had such a wonderful experience with her as our buyer’s agent, helping my parents find a cute condo in Stuart they can escape to from the New England winters for years to come.
It was a several-months-long process, as with the current market for buyers we looked at many properties and were rejected several times on our offers. Juli gave us sound advice about opting to use a HELOC my parents took out on their northern house to be able to go in on our 5th offer as cash buyers. That was the winning strategy!
Also, I have to commend her above-and-beyond efforts – while on vacation with her family at Disney! – to write a contract late on a Friday night from her hotel room to ensure mom and dad had a shot at the condo they eventually were able to purchase. I’m sure her quick action and responsiveness, in this crazy market, gave us a leg up on other offers that came in after ours. We bid the same day the unit hit the market!
She did all of this with lots of big smiles and a wonderful personality that made the process so much more pleasant! She never lost her motivation and genuine desire to help us find what we needed.
In short, she’s a true gem on your team and we wanted to be sure you heard that directly from a client (and friend.)
