I just wanted to send an outstanding review about Sara as my realtor!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about what it was like working with her! Right off the bat, she hit the ground running with advertising and showings and an open house. She was available to me at all times, responding quickly when I had questions or concerns about something. She sought advice from her mentor when necessary, which I LOVED, because there is so much to know in real estate, and knowing that someone doesn’t have too much pride to say, ‘I’m not sure, let me find out for you’, is so refreshing. It shows me that I’m going to get the right answers, not just guesses. She was always professional and got us a signed contract within days of listing the house!! She fought for us as the sellers, putting her foot down when necessary and standing her ground when she knew the buyers were being unreasonable in their requests. She always gave us all our options in negotiations, but was happy to guide with her professional opinion. She’s tough and a fighter, yet so kind, friendly and approachable. I will 100% use Sara again if I’m back in the market looking to buy. She is an outstanding realtor!!
