Let me just start off by saying this should be 100+stars.  Working with Adam was the most efficient process.  This was our second go around with house hunting for my wife and I, first with Adam, and it was flawless.  Adam connected us with an amazing Mortgage organization and found the house we ultimately chose.  One of my favorite things about working with Adam is that he listened to us.  Of course my wife and I had different ideas of our next home, but Adam was able to find us the property that just felt right, and included a little bit of both of our wants!  In fact, the property wasn’t one that we had found in our searches and was priced over our budget.  With a quick, painless process, we were able to negotiate an amazing deal!  He was more than a pleasure to work with and made the house hunting fun and help provide real expectations.  His knowledge of the market and ability to help us close early was phenomenal, I can’t express enough gratitude for all his efforts!
