Sushi Yama Asian Bistro has the most different sushi in Palm Beach Gardens!

Sushi Yama Asian Bistro that has the most diverse, delicious and different sushi menu anywhere in the Palm Beach Gardens area. I brought my family there while we were shopping at the Gardens Square Shops in Palm Beach Gardens. It has been open for two years and I’m embarrassed to say I have not tried it before. We get tired of ordering the same old, same old.  So we tried 3 rolls that were very outside-the-box. The French Roll was wrapped in a crepe. How different is that! Crab, shrimp, cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, and roe for $7.95. How can you beat that! Their version of the Dynamite Roll is baked mixed seafood with mayo sause on top of a crispy roll with cassava chips. This added a crunchy taste I had not experienced before. We also got an appetizer roll of Yellow Tail Jalapenos. This consisted of Pacific yellowtail sliced thin, topped with jalapenos, and drizzled with a special sauce. Lastly we tried a sushi wrapped in cucumber with a sweet & sour sauce. All were terrific and much different than typical sushi wrapped in rice. My daughter tried the chicken soup which was filled with vegetables and noodles. Everyone ended up trying it and it was out of this world. My son loves cream, loves chicken fried rice, and for $6.50 made a whole meal out of it.  Sushi Yama Restaurant has hundreds of possibilities on the menu.
