I’m here with Penny Burke she’s a realtor with Echo Fine Properties! What a lot of people don’t know about Penny – she’s a realtor, but she’s actually been on the receiving end of this before back with hurricane Andrew years ago.

Penny says when Jeff suggested this peanut butter and jelly sandwich it really touched her because, yes, during Andrew they were in the dark,  in water and then out of the darkness, somebody in a megaphone shouting “anybody want a sandwich? does anybody want water?” and we actually like were crying because we were very hungry and so appreciative so that people took the time to think of us when we couldn’t help ourselves, a little really goes a long way.
