I would like to say that the showing and sale of my property in PGA National was a pleasure and well coordinated. Blake mostly came to my home and gave me immediate feedback on every prospect. I tell people I don’t mind paying the commission because I feel with your group, the commission was earned. We had a lot of traffic generated and good feedback.

I felt the brochures were beautiful and the pictures professionally done. Having someone at your house is the best possible scenario. In the past, the realtor would have to run down agents for feedback and most of the time it was scarce. With Blake I knew everything about the prospect and their interest level.

I was a new home sales representative for major builders and my home was handled in the same professional manner as a new home sales office. I felt that objections or questions could be handled right on the spot. It is a stressful time when you are selling or buying and Echo Fine Properties made the process better.

Working with Jamie Garber to purchase our condo in Palm Beach Gardens was such a find! Our home had been on the market for 1½ years. We had 2 different brokers during that period. We lowered the asking piece several times to no avail.
