Hi Abe,

I saw a home for sale in Ballenisles, PBG, Fl. on a website, so I called the agent, and Abe called me back within 10 minutes. It was Thanksgiving Day, and I was home in NJ with my wife busy cooking the turkey. Abe said he had not seen the house but was nearby and would be glad to look at the house. He called me back in 15 minutes saying the house appeared sound and seemed to offer good value.

He did mention that someone else was interested and they were coming back the day after Thanksgiving to look at it again. He said if I am serious, I should put in an offer. The owner countered and we negotiated the furniture with the house. In 6 hours from first talking to Abe on the phone we had a signed contract. I was surprised how quickly he acted and got this deal done with the owner on a Holiday. I would enthusiastically recommend Abe as my realtor. He dresses like success, is articulate, a strong negotiator, easy to deal with and knows the market.

He made the entire process easy, especially as we were in NJ and this was our first purchase in Florida. I would certainly use him again.

I am writing to let you know about the unbelievable effort and attentiveness Homaira Mangal gave us as our listing agent on the recent and swift sale of our second home in Tequesta Pines.

I met her via a call about a year ago when she listed our home for rental, and began showing us small condos in the area for potential purchase for my parents. My husband and I decided to put our home on the market this summer. It was a difficult and emotional decision as we have had a second home in the Jupiter/Tequesta area for the past 30 years! Homaira was extremely accurate with the listing price point and began showing our home regularly and was surprised we did not get any offers within the first few weeks. She predicted it would sell within a month and not only did we receive a fair and accurate offer, we proceeded to close within 30 days.

I know you understand how difficult it is to button up and rid a home in a short amount of time. This is where she really made the extra effort to assist us in suggesting an Estate Sale Team, and went the extra mile in coming by to assist us when we had to donate a lot of items that did not sell. She made several trips to let the new owners in to meet with their builder, let in the donation company to start the furniture purge process when my handyman was not available, and oversaw the MBR set donation to the buying realtor’s church family.
