Hi Jeff, I just wanted to write about the recent experience I had with Sophie. She helped me purchase a condo in Port Saint Lucie, which I know is not her normal work area. Sophie handled running back and forth with a smile on her face, which I greatly appreciated. But mostly, she handled everything from beginning to end with an organized proactive approach. I can be quite neurotic with these things, but with Sophie, I really felt as though I could trust her to handle any items/deadlines which are so critical during escrow. It has been nearly 16 years since we have sold a home. In the past, we have done so without the help of a realtor, by owner. However, in this case, we could not be available to coordinate showings, so the search was on. After interviewing several candidates, we settled on Charlie. His knowledge of our neighborhood and enthusiasm regarding our sales potential sealed the deal for us. To be honest, I thought his representations that he thought our home would sell quickly was more marketing than substance. But, we were wrong! We began prepping the house for showing on December 6th.
