What more can I say, Andrea sold our condo at full asking price in 4 days. Andrea did not rest on this quick sale, she continued showing our condo and got us another full asking price backup offer on day 6. Andrea Roth did the little things, she shopped for decorative pillows and bed comforters, she moved furniture around ,uncluttered the kitchen, worked with the photographer for our sales media, etc.
Andrea got out front of any potential issues and recommended an HVAC contractor perform a routine inspection and maintenance ,she even coordinated with a thorough cleaning service to show off the kitchen and bathrooms.
