Sylvia is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever met (and this is my 5th time buying a house). We had originally intended to use an agent provided by our employer, but upon meeting Sylvia at an open house, we knew that she would provide the best guidance and help finding a home. Sylvia was super patient with us, knew a ton about the area, and really helped us weigh the pros and cons of all of the possible neighborhoods we were deciding between. She ended up recommending we build to get into the neighborhood that best fit our needs (despite the fact that this would mean a delay to her commission). In each encounter, phone call with questions, and visit to the houses I always felt (and still do to this day) that Sylvia would help us find our way without any thought to what was in it for her. I truly believe she wants the best fit for each of her clients, unlike many other real estate agents I have known. She is a gem and I recommend her without reservation. Adam Bendeson – Real Estate Agent, Extraordinaire!

My husband and I decided it was time to go South for the winter in order to escape the cold weather up North where we live full time. I was referred to Adam Bendeson by his agency –  Echo Fine Properties.  I flew down to look at possible homes and neighborhoods and met with Adam who introduced himself as a “full-service” agent who would and could handle it all.  He did.

After just 3 days during 3 different trips to Florida, he found us the perfect location and house.  His involvement didn’t stop there.  Whatever I asked of him was done!  He never said no to anything whether it was advice or execution of what I needed and most of all accurate follow-up and communication. He went above and beyond what I had even imagined. Full service doesn’t begin to describe his competence, his taste level, his attention to detail  and the assistance I received.  He was on top of the entire process, from the offering to the contract to the closing (and he had great negotiating skills.)  With my being out of town for the inspection, appraisals and closing, he stepped in and was there to oversee everything.

Having purchased many homes in our lives mostly for career opportunities which required relocation, I have had interaction with many real estate agents.  Not one single experience even came close to what Adam provides.  He hears, listens and executes, flawlessly. He has become a friend as well.

I wanted to reach out on behalf of myself and my parents, Bruce and Jennie Crooks, to sing the praises of your agent and ‘pod’ member, Juli McGriff!
We all had such a wonderful experience with her as our buyer’s agent, helping my parents find a cute condo in Stuart they can escape to from the New England winters for years to come.
It was a several-months-long process, as with the current market for buyers we looked at many properties and were rejected several times on our offers. Juli gave us sound advice about opting to use a HELOC my parents took out on their northern house to be able to go in on our 5th offer as cash buyers. That was the winning strategy!
Also, I have to commend her above-and-beyond efforts – while on vacation with her family at Disney! – to write a contract late on a Friday night from her hotel room to ensure mom and dad had a shot at the condo they eventually were able to purchase. I’m sure her quick action and responsiveness, in this crazy market, gave us a leg up on other offers that came in after ours. We bid the same day the unit hit the market!
She did all of this with lots of big smiles and a wonderful personality that made the process so much more pleasant! She never lost her motivation and genuine desire to help us find what we needed.
In short, she’s a true gem on your team and we wanted to be sure you heard that directly from a client (and friend.)
