Golf and Country Club Prices

Could golf & country club prices jump 10-20% during season in the Northern Palm Beaches?  It’s very possible.  The reason is that there is no inventory. PGA National has 13 homes out of 4963 homes on the market! That is 0.26% We are normally running at 130 homes this time of year. It’s the same all across the board for all the clubs.  The culprit is that there hasn’t been a new country club start since 2007.  Jupiter Country was the last club that finished its build out and that was 2019.  The demand of people coming into the market continues to grow but the total supply of 15,645 country club homes in the Northern Palm Beaches is stagnant. It’s the same way in other parts of the area.
