Environmental Conditions Are Condusive To Feeling Good And Being Happy

Scientists have known for a long time that certain environmental conditions are condusive to feeling good and being happy.  Being divorced from ringing telephones and the endless drone of the television is one condition.  Soaking up positive ions at the beach is another (and yes, we have miles of free beaches!).  But the easiest condition that will put a smile on your face is the weather we are having right now.

When the humidity drops and the sky clears, we get these beautiful, October blue skies with a little breeze from the northeast and a high of 78.  Here are a few things you can enjoy in the Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens area on a day like today.   First…GET OUTSIDE!  Take a walk along the beach with your significant other.  Jupiter and Juno Beach are linked by 5 miles of beaches with free public access. Second, GET SOME EXERCISE!  None of us gets as much exercise as we should and now is the perfect time to get some more.  Third, take some pictures.  You know that camera you wish you knew how to use better?  Get out and practice with it today.  The light is bright and perfect for taking pictures.  And maybe combine a trip to the beach with taking some pictures.

If you are a golfer looking to move to the area but haven’t found the perfect house for sale yet, try one of our public courses.  A couple of years ago, Jack Nicklaus redesigned the North Palm Beach Country Club (for $ 1) and it’s a gem of a course now and located right along the Intracoastal Waterway.  Or try the Abacoa Golf Club or The Florida Club or The Champions at Summerfield.
