Caribbean Food at Johnny Longboats

Last week, a group of us Realtors at Echo Fine Properties decided to have an after work eating get together at Johnny Longboats, located at 2401 N Ocean Drive on Singer Island. This restaurant is just steps away from the beautiful beach and has a tropical atmosphere that is perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. One of the standout features of Johnny Longboats is their extensive menu, which includes a variety of dishes that showcase the flavors of the Caribbean. We were particularly impressed by the paella, which was loaded with seafood and had a rich, saffron-infused flavor. The tropical bar was also a hit, with a selection of refreshing cocktails that were perfect for sipping on while enjoying the warm evening breeze.

Another standout menu item was the grilled mahi-mahi, which was cooked to perfection and served with a delicious mango salsa. The atmosphere at Johnny Longboats was also top-notch, with comfortable outdoor seating and live music that added to the laid-back vibe. Overall, it was a great way to end the work day and we can’t wait to go back and try more of their delicious menu items.
