When it is complete, Westlake will be a 4,500 home community and Palm Beach County’s newest municipality. This new community is located along Seminole Pratt Whitney Road north of Loxahatchee Groves and Lion Country Safari on almost 4,000 acres. Minto Communities is the builder of this very large development that is being touted as the new downtown of central Palm Beach County.
