The Admirals Cove Golf Village is west of A1A and just North of Donald Ross Road on Fredrick Small Road and has a separate manned guard gate, three championship nine hole golf courses, its own clubhouse and POA (Property Owners Association), but is 100% part of Admirals Cove and homeowners have exactly the same rights and privileges as the East Side homeowners.
The Golf Village homes have no navigable water or docks, and consequently, the homes are priced lower and represent fantastic values and much more affordability than the East Side.
