About Tanner

ALL IN THE FAMILY

Tanner is a 3rd generation Real Estate agent. Both his grandfather and father were in the Real Estate business, and he credits his grandfather as being his biggest inspiration. “He was my first teacher when I was going through chemo treatment at just 7 years old and taught me how to read growing up. He’s a self-made man and I strive to live a life like he has.” His parents taught him to be kind and to treat everyone he meets with the utmost respect. This upbringing has helped Tanner to be comfortable talking to strangers and building relationships both in and outside of Real Estate. His maturity, understanding of people, situations, and sense of urgency is rare for someone his age.

GETTING THE JOB DONE

Tanner graduated with a degree in finance, and his organized and analytical mind helps navigate even the trickiest Real Estate transactions. He is super quick on his feet with numbers which helps in negotiating the best deal for his clients. His background in sales means he is comfortable in stressful situations, and excellent with follow-up. “I like to take it one step at a time. Most people in stressful situations feel like they have a lot falling on them and by tackling one issue at a time I have found that it minimizes that feeling and makes the whole process easier.” Playing lacrosse as a student also taught him how important it is to put in the work in order to get where you want.

ROLLERCOASTER

Tanner’s Mom is a Senior Director of IT Operations at Universal Orlando Resort and his dad is now one of the Head Retail Buyers for Advent Health. He learned all sorts of negotiating tips from his dad in buying products growing up but having a connection at Universal Studios was second to none! Tanner likes to keep busy and when he’s not visiting theme parks he takes pride in getting the job done. “I love to be busy and hate the feeling of being unproductive.” He has a very strict work ethic that means he is always completely focused on the task at hand.

FLORIDA NATIVE

Tanner was born in Orlando and went to college in West Palm Beach. He loves being close to the water and to great golf courses. “I love playing golf and pickleball because it helps keep me active and allows me to step away and let loose when I’m not working. I love being out on a secluded golf course just taking in the environment and enjoying the peacefulness of it.” His hobbies have taught him that there is always a way to improve. In golf you can always shoot a lower score and to do that you have to make sure all areas of your game are good.
