TRUE PATH

Shay Rubenstein knew from a young age that he wanted to be successful. At first, being the New York native he is, he dreamed of pitching for the Mets! If only he had the arm. That then shifted to becoming a dentist. But then he could only have one way conversations. As he got older, he quickly realized what his true path was, all thanks to his love of helping people: Commercial Real Estate! Read on and you’ll know why.

SAVVY WITH SALES

A graduate of the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida, Shay learned early about how to sell both effectively and genuinely. Doing three internships (one right here at Echo Fine Properties), he learned the sheer importance of CRM skills and most notably, building relationships with you, the individual. “As time went on, it became crystal clear to me that I enjoy working with people above all else!” Excelling in both the sales and logical sides of business during his college career, Shay also developed an understanding of interior design and spatial planning. This is imperative when you are hiring a Realtor! With a specialty in the Palm Beaches and a focus on the Commercial side of the business, he can help you find the exact kind of property you are looking for.

“I have the advantage of having friends and family throughout all of South Florida, giving me solid foundational knowledge across numerous communities, especially Palm Beach County.” Shay’s biggest inspirations are his parents and sister, instilling into him the strong values of hard work and perseverance. His father is an attorney, his mother is an entrepreneur in home decor, and his sister is in the fashion business. Despite all four family members being in separate fields, their work ethic and relentless drive for success is what sets them apart from their competition. Always looking to innovate and hone his craft, he continues to deepen and expand his expertise in South Florida Real Estate.

“Attending college in Florida was a conscious decision for me in order to have more warm months to enjoy the outdoors,” Shay says, as he gratefully reflects on his decision to escape the bitter cold all those years ago.
