Kathy Burgos Valdez had a less-than ideal first experience with a Realtor. “When buying my first home, our Realtor did not listen to our needs at all. Before she got into Real Estate, Kathy worked as a Criminal Justice investigator, which required a great deal of energy, seeing other people’s points of view, and building lifelong connections. “It really paved the way for me transitioning into being a Realtor.
