I was united with Kaycee Blanchard through a colleague that had purchased a home with Kaycee as the listing agent.  I had a house to sell and Kaycee got right to work.  I also wanted to move to a smaller home, as this was a life changing event for me.  Kaycee learned why I was selling and downsizing.  She got to know me personally and what I was wanting in my new, most likely forever home at this stage in my life.  Her communication was comforting which decreased my worry and concerns throughout the process.  She brought up options I hadn’t thought of and I really appreciated her insight.  She was right on top of the “to do” list all the way.  She worked closely with all the players in the buying/selling home business to keep the ball rolling.  She completely knew the marketing, staging, listing and selling aspects and kept the Title company, appraisers, and everyone else involved, on task.  The experience I had was seamless, personable and the end result was everything I could have hoped for.  I am settled in my new home and Kaycee called on me to see how I was doing and if I needed anything.  She is an outstanding real estate agent, but I really feel I have made a new friend. I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
