Derek Lowe from WPBTV gives an update on the Echo Fine Properties PB&J Assembly line!

It’s a simple yet effective method. as you can see, we’ve already started this morning at 05:00am – it’s peanut butter jelly time and they have the system down here at Echo Fine Properties.

So far they’ve done this once already and they delivered over 1900 sandwiches. you can see it is just in full effect. They’ve got the assembly line down, they packed the peanut butter on both sides. now we’re getting to the jelly and these sandwiches are being taken over to the west coast to a number of churches in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. The founder of Echo Fine Properties Jeff Lichtenstein says that the sandwiches went to Fema workers and ordinary people who have lost everything. Each sandwich is packed with protein, of course, and a sense of hope really as those living on the west coast work to rebuild.

If you’re watching this at home and you want to help they are taking donations for anybody that wants participate from home.
