Echo Home Match ™ is new patent pending revolutionary real estate technology that we have developed that will first match you with the right community, and then narrow down to your most desirable home that perfectly suits your needs.

We started working on Echo Home Match about 4 years ago.  The problem we always encountered is that Buyers were searching on real estate websites for homes first but really had no idea about the community those homes were in. For instance, we’ll get a call for a home in BallenIsles. We will then say are you ok with the country club membership costs?  After an awkward moment of silence, we’d inform them of the membership requirements and 9 times out of 10 the call would quickly end.

When getting an opportunity to talk with a Buyer, we usually start the conversation asking, “Tell me about YOU?”  Do you want to be close to the beach?  Gated community?  Low HOA fees?  Are you a golfer?  Tennis Player?  Horseback Rider? Walking distance to restaurants?  Once we identify their needs, we in turn identify and narrow down which communities work. Echo Home Match by using a questionnaire approach (the same way a real estate agent would verbally ask)  solves the community problem. Then secondarily the software identifies the specific homes that match up within each community.

3,880 communities are entered in Echo Home Match.  They include 5 separate zones.  Northern Palm Beaches, Southern Palm Beaches, Palm Beach & Downtown, Western Palm Beaches, Martin County.  You can include all 5 or choose any combination of the 5. *Inventory right now is so low there are often more communities available then homes.  That is ok because the first community part will notify you of which communities are the right match for you.

Echo Home Match is perfect for a buyer new to the area but also someone who has lived here a long time. We always get asked when someone is downsizing or upsizing, which communities are good matches.

Just type in your username and password at the end of the search and it will give you results and option to save a search if you want it. If you are having any difficulties since it’s new, just send me an email and we will help out.
