It is with great pleasure and much gratitude that we are sharing our comments about our home selling experience with Andrea Roth.
From our very first meeting with Andrea, we knew that she was the perfect Realtor for us. She’s a highly motivated expert on the local and Jupiter waterfront market. She customized an innovative marketing and sales strategy just for our home. Andrea insisted that the pictures for the MLS were only taken on a sunny day, and then displayed in a very particular order. That’s how knowledgeable and precise that she is.
In our extremely competitive home selling market, she was honest and straightforward with us on how to prepare and show our house. She gave us candid and timely feedback on each and every showing. Andrea would give us plenty of notice, so that we could prepare our home for each showing. And even if we were both at work, she would handle our highly spirited and friendly dog for the viewing.
When we got the offer for our home, she gave us great advice on the negotiations to get us through to the contractual and closing phases. Her follow through after the contract signing continued all the way to the end, even to our day of leaving the area. That is very important, so that all parties are happy at the closing day. It was amazing on how much she cared on how our move was going and how we were doing.
Andrea is an energetic, personable, and trustworthy person, who went way beyond our high expectations and standards. Do not get a Realtor that is a friend or a neighbor, because this is a highly stressful business deal. You need a Realtor that will get the job done! The bottom line is; if we were buying or selling again in the Jupiter market, we would make sure that we retained Andrea to represent us. That is how much admiration and respect that we have for her.
