I was extremely fortunate to have found Charlie through a search on a property that interested me. Charlie made the home-buying process almost effortless. He helped me navigate every step along the way and more importantly, gave me total confidence he would do everything in his power to get me a great house that would meet all my needs for the best possible price. Boy, did he deliver! In a very competitive market, Charlie was knowledgeable, approachable, trustworthy, personable, endlessly patient with my seemingly endless list of questions, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, late evenings and weekends). He answered every question clearly and thoroughly, without a hint of exasperation, no matter the hour or day. A master negotiator, Charlie was able to get my house at a price far below than what I expected to pay. Buying a home is challenging but working with Charlie made it as painless as possible.
