We want to express our appreciation for the professionalism that we found in working with Suzanne Slate this spring in finding us our forever winter home!

At the end of our vacation in the area, we decided it was the right time to look for a permanent place for ourselves in Juno Beach. We contacted Suzanne (who had been recommended to us by friends) one evening and the next day, our last day in town, she had several places for us to look at.

Suzanne was knowledgeable, pleasant, and, in a very short period of time, was able to find homes that met our criteria. We did not waste time on places too large or small, or over budget. Rather, she listened to us and found us the perfect listings to look at. By the end of that day, we had put in an offer on one of the homes and closed within a couple of weeks.

There are many realtors. Some are weekend hobbyists and do not really know the markets, the histories of specific listings, or information about specific buildings that buyers should and needs to know. Suzanne is the opposite. She has been in the business for a number of years and her experience shows. Even after we closed on the home, she has continued to assist us at the property and continues to take an interest in us as clients and friends.
