Buying and selling homes are no easy task and take both an emotional and mental tole on a person especially when being on the sellers side. The property we recently sold has been with my family before the housing market crash. I grew up in that house, my sister was born in that house, and the greatest of all that was the first purchase home my family bought as their own when they moved to the United States. We held onto that house after we moved to Texas as a rental property. We were fortunate enough to have amazing tenants in that house for over 10 years! However, it came with consequences. Upon my visit last year this time to inspect the property we realized just because we had long lasting tenants did not mean the house was in great condition. It was heartbreaking to see the home I held so many memories in such terrible condition. I brought in several agents to look at the property and every single of them gave very discouraging feedback.
After rehabbing the property, I did not give those other realtors a second chance. Instead we met Jamie through a mutual connection. Despite all odds, Jamie was undoubtedly the most persistent and determined individual I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
