A quick not to express gratitude and great appreciation for the services rendered to us by Jeff Lichtenstein. This is a long overdue letter, nonetheless, the sentiment is still the same as when we were working with him.

Jeff came through with all the promises that he made us the day we met him. In brief, our house had been on the market for over a year with another realtor. When our contract ended, we decided to go with Jeff instead. We are very glad we did because not only did we get to know Jeff personally in that short period of time, but we were treated in a very professional and courteous manner.

Our house was sold within a 45 day period and Jeff was always there every step of the way from the beginning to the final closing.
