She helped me reduce it down to a short list of quality units and properly managed buildings with a lower flood risk status. Andrea was very diligent and responsive throughout the entire process. With Andrea’s resourcefulness and support I was able to quickly navigated through my critical steps of research & planning, analysis & due diligence, making offers & negotiating, assisted with making arrangements for title insurance & completing the contract, created reminders for deposits and other critical dates of the contract timeline, helped with coordination of various applications & inspections, assisted with establishing utilities accounts and then closing…all in roughly 35 days.
